Join ACEC California for our 2026 Engineering Excellence Awards Formal Banquet! The Engineering Excellence Awards program recognizes successfully completed projects that stand out based on the quality and complexity of the finished project.

EEA is an opportunity to promote not only firms, but also professions through outstanding award-winning projects all throughout California! With over 450 engineering and land surveying professionals in attendance, including firms and public agency clients, the EEA Banquet is hosted by our 501(c)3 Scholarship Foundation, with all proceeds benefitting the ACEC California Scholarship Foundation. By supporting the ACEC California Scholarship Foundation, you help cultivate the best and brightest of the next generation of engineers and land surveyors.

 

Banquet Details

Please come in your formal attire for the EEA Banquet. Some may choose long gowns, 3-piece suits or even tuxedos. ACEC California leadership will be dressed to impress.

The Scholarship Foundation will also be hosting a silent auction in conjunction with the Banquet. Click here for details.

Banquet Schedule

Welcome Reception: 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Engage with fellow attendees, view featured project displays, and participate in our silent auction. Light hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be served.

Dinner Service: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Enjoy a delightful meal while mingling with fellow guests.

Awards Program: 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Celebrating the outstanding achievements of award winners. The program will end with the announcement of the prestigious 2026 EEA Golden State Award.

 The evenings Emcee, David Ranalli, is a renowned magician, entertainer, & online artist. David’s shows are designed to be interactive, funny, and showcase jaw-dropping illusions that will blow your mind. His skills include sleight of hand, magic, mentalism, hypnosis, and a scientific background in communication and human behavior.

Attendees will also hear from two 2025 ACEC California Scholarship Recipients, who will share how your support has made a meaningful impact on their academic and professional journeys.
