All cancellation or substitutions requests must be submitted via email to Holly Cole at hcole@acec-ca.org.

• A full refund (excluding processing fees) will be issued if the request is received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
• No refunds will be granted for requests received after the 30-day deadline.
• Subsitutions may be made in liu of cancellations.

ACEC California reserves the right to decline sponsorship requests. Sponsorship benefits may be subject to change at ACEC California’s discretion. Sponsorships are non-refundable. Benefits apply to one company per sponsorship. By becoming a sponsor, you agree to these terms.

By attending an ACEC California event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during our events. These materials may be used by ACEC California for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, including but not limited to use on websites, social media, publications, and other communications. Your attendance constitutes your consent to be photographed and/or recorded and to the use of your image, likeness, and voice without compensation or prior approval.
