Form A.1 is the short form version of Form A. It was first developed in 2001 as an alternative to the full Standard Form of Agreement. In some situations, a shorter form is appropriate. Please refer to the Standard Form Instructions document for information on exactly which provisions are omitted from the short version. The most current version is dated 2025.  All of the Standard Forms of Agreement are regularly reviewed and updated when required by changes in the law.
