Application Eligibility—Check to see if you are eligible to apply for the scholarship application.

The scholarship application is provided in two different formats for your convenience. The application is designed so that your recommendation form and application can be sent in separately. If you are concerned about providing your official transcripts on time, we will accept a screenshot of your final grades. You will be judged on your Fall 2018 grades. If you are chosen to receive a scholarship award, you will not be confirmed as an award winner until we receive your official transcripts—sending your transcript in late is acceptable as long as we have a screenshot of your final grades.
