| The California High-Speed Rail Authority has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to request Proposals from qualified entities (Proposers) interested and able to provide a broad range of repair and minor construction activities on a task order basis and intends to award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to three pools of businesses: one pool of large business contractors, one pool of small business contractors, and one pool of authorized utility relocation contractors. |
| California High-Speed Rail | 12/08/25 | California | The California High-Speed Rail Authority has issued a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) to request Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified entities (Responders) interested and able to provide multi-disciplinary professional architectural and engineering services on a task order basis. The Authority intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to two pools of businesses: one minor works pool to be comprised of small businesses and one major works pool to be comprised of large business prime consultants. There is also the possibility that the Authority will establish a third pool comprised of intermediate-sized businesses.
Accordingly, the Authority seeks responses from large businesses as well as qualified Small Business (SB), Small Business for the Purpose of Public Works (SB-PW), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)*, and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) entities, in addition to entities identifying as "intermediate".
The revised anticipated schedule for this RFEI is as follows: -Release: Thursday, November 13, 2025 -Virtual Industry Forum: Monday, November 24, 2025, 10 a.m. Pacific Time. | California Department of Resources, Recycling and Recovery | 12/19/25 | Sacramento | CalRecycle is seeking a Contractor to perform environmental engineering and consulting services at solid waste disposal sites, illegal disposal sites, waste tire sites and/or debris cleanup sites located in California on an as-needed basis during the Agreement period. Services shall include the investigation of disposal and tire sites requiring remediation. The Contractor shall also develop necessary documents and reports for CalRecycle-managed Contractors to remediate CalRecycle-approved sites. The two main objectives of the contract: 1. Support the Cleanup Program in performing timely remediation work at solid waste disposal and codisposal sites throughout California by providing engineering services. 2. Support the Closed, Illegal and Abandoned Disposal Site Program (CIA Program) by providing environmental and laboratory services to assist the Local Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) with inspecting, investigating, and taking necessary enforcement actions on CIA Sites. |
