11/03/25  Glendale, CAThe City of Glendale Public Works Department (PWD) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide On-Call Services for Facilities Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) as part of PWD maintenance, construction, and renovation of various general facilities including libraries, fire stations, community buildings, parks, play structures, lighting/electrical, and site improvements. To facilitate the design and construction of these and similar projects, the City plans to enter into a professional services agreement with one or more full-service Architectural, Engineering, and Project Management/Construction Management (PM/CM) firms with subconsultants. These firms will provide professional support during the procurement, design, and construction phases of the proposed projects.

Firms must demonstrate relevant experience and expertise in the service areas listed below:

The City seeks well-established firms with proven technical capabilities, effective project management, and a strong commitment to customer service.

California Department of Transportation 11/20/25 at 10am The work shall be performed on Construction Projects to improve the State transportation system throughout the counties of Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, Solano and Sonoma, including the Supervisorial District 5 of Alameda County, which includes the cities of Albany, Berkeley, Emeryville, Piedmont, and West Oakland, North Oakland, Rockridge, Grand Lake, and portions of the Fruitvale, Manzanita and Diamond District neighborhoods in California within the limits of District 4.  The Consultant shall perform professional and technical services required for Roadway Construction Services, on an on-call “as-needed” basis to support Caltrans, Division of Construction, District 4, in the construction phase of proposed Caltrans transportation facilities.

The California High-Speed Rail Authority has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) to request Proposals from qualified entities (Proposers) interested and able to provide a broad range of repair and minor construction activities on a task order basis and intends to award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to three pools of businesses: one pool of large business contractors, one pool of small business contractors, and one pool of authorized utility relocation contractors.
