As part of the provisions of the Medicare Prescription Drug Improvement and Modernization Act (MMA), businesses who offer prescription drug coverage on a group health plan to active or retired employees, must provide a notice of either creditable or non-creditable coverage.

The California Health Insurance Trust is a cost-saving membership benefit exclusively available to ACEC California members. This comprehensive program includes dental, vision, life, long-term disability, and accidental death & dismemberment coverage.
