State Water Board seeking our input
Our Water Resources Committee has been reviewing the State Water Resources Control Board's draft proposal for SB 555 regulations regarding Water Loss Control standards, which can be found here by clicking on "Staff proposal" under Meeting #4.
I have spoken with the Lead Engineer for Water Loss Control at the Water Board, Kartiki Naik, and they are eager for specific, technical feedback from our members as soon as possible. If you or your firm works in this field, this is a great opportunity to help craft the regulations on the ground floor. Comments, questions, and suggestions should be sent as soon as possible to Kartiki.Naik@Waterboards.ca.gov.
2020 STATUE PUBLICATIONS
ACEC California's 2020 statute publications are now available for order. All eight of our statute publications have been updated with the latest laws and regulations affecting your organization.
Members: In order to receive the member price of $14 per book, simply log-in as a member of ACEC California. As our system requires us to manually approve each newly created account, when creating a new log-in, there will be a slight delay before you have access to the “members only” side and the member price. Feel free to give us a call if you have questions.
Public Agencies: You do NOT need to log-in to place your order, however, to receive the public agency price remember to enter the discount
code. For the current year, the code is “Public2020”. Enter this code in the “apply promotional code” box just prior to check-out. After the code is applied, the price will adjust from $38 to $26.60 per book. [Orders placed using this
code will be shipped directly to Public Agencies only.]
Note that we offer a bundle discount in the way of our "full set" which contains one of each of our statute books. Ordering the full set will save you more than 10 percent.
If you have any questions regarding ordering publications, please contact Beckie Liu at 916-441-7991 or email@example.com. Thank you for your order.
