Brad Diede

Executive Director 

The Executive Director focuses on ACEC California's external relations, including ACEC California chapters, ACEC national, public officials, and industries and professions that affect the membership. He also oversees the ACEC California staff, finances, and implementation of the association's policies and programs. He serves as staff liaison on the following committees: Executive, CA-ACEC-PAC Board of Governors, Organization & Planning, Nominating, Architects & Engineers Liaison, Infrastructure Delivery Council, Prevailing Wage Law and Associated General Contractors Liaison.  Christian Anger

Membership Director

Christian is responsible for the recruitment and retention of ACEC California's member firms, oversees  the marketing and delivery of ACEC California's  member services, and facilitates internal association communication with the 22 local regional chapters. In addition, Christian manages social media communication, serves as managing editor of the association magazine Engineering and Surveying Business Review, and is the staff liaison to the Membership Committee, the Business Management and Insurance Committee, as well as the Land Use/Environmental Sustainability Committee. Kelly Garman
Director of Government Affairs

Kelly Garman is the Director of Government Affairs for the American Council of Engineering Companies – California.  Kelly is responsible for managing ACEC California's state legislative activities and external public relations efforts, tying together the organization’s policy agenda and political objectives with the promotion of the engineering and land surveying profession. Prior to joining ACEC California, Kelly served four and a half years as Legislative Director for the State Senate Minority Leader and had worked on legislative issues in the State Capitol for more than 10 years while representing multiple state legislators. Contact Kelly at




Jenny Devine

Events Manager

Jenny is the Events Manager for ACEC California  The Events Manager's key responsibilities are to plan, promote and evaluate various ACEC California meetings, including ACEC California's Annual Conference, quarterly Board of Directors meetings, seminars and committee meetings. Stephanie Reed
Office Manager

Stephanie oversees the day-to-day functions of the office.  She manages the clerical staff and organizes special projects such as major mailings, convention and seminar preparations, and yearly updates of ACEC California’s statute books, Membership Directory and Leadership Manual.  She oversees the membership database and is responsible for preparing, sending out and maintaining all dues records.  Stephanie is the Executive Secretary to the Health Insurance Trust and maintains employee records. She is also responsible for overseeing the procurement and maintenance of office equipment and supplies.  Contact Stephanie at 


Holly Cole
Accounting Manager

Holly maintains the financial records, payables and investments for ACEC California, the Health Insurance Trust, the Political Action Committee, the Communication Foundation, Scholarship Foundation, and the 401K Plan. She is also responsible for reporting all political and lobbying activities to the required governmental offices as well as the Fair Political Practice Commission.  Contact Holly at


Lauren Jeglinski
Executive Assistant

Lauren assists the Executive Director. She gives administrative support to committees within the Services Program Area. She assists with distributing ACEC California's monthly newsletter, News & Events. Lauren maintains current lists of committees and chapter officers and tracks political fundraising events. She prepares the Board of Directors meeting packets. Additionally, she handles meeting appointments and travel arrangements for the Executive Director. Contact Sarah at

Breanna Pineda
Legislative & Programs Coordinator

Breanna assists the Director of Government Affairs. She manages the Director of Government Affair's calendar and provides support for tracking of legislation and other legislative tasks. Breanna assists in the distribution and administrative matters to the Caltrans Liaison Committee, BPELSG Committee, Grassroots Committee and Legislative Action and Review Committees. Bri Nielsen

Membership and Communications Coordinator

Bri is responsible for maintaining ACEC California's membership database. She assists the Membership Director here in the ACEC California office. She assists with distributing ACEC California's monthly chapter rosters and the recruitment of new members and maintaining the membership database. Bri also updates and maintains the ACEC California website along with being the contact person for RFQ/RFP postings and Job Postings. Beckie Liu

Beckie carries out general office responsibilities while answering phones for our busy office. She also handles the processing and shipping of publication orders.
