John is managing and working on several public-private partnerships (P3), design-build (DB), and construction-manager-at-risk (CM@R) projects.

Over twenty years of construction management and administration for the Public Sector. He has managed the procurement and construction of the Terminal Area Improvement Program at San Jose International Airport ($750 M). Harry is currently managing the San Jose Convention Center Expansion and Renovation Project ($120M).

Raymond Tritt is the Chief for the Office of Special Projects within the Division of Design. The Office is responsible for the Caltrans Design-Build Demonstration Program. In addition, Mr. Tritt is also responsible for the Department's Value Analysis, Design-Sequencing, Innovative Contracting, New Products and Cost-Estimating Improvement Programs.
