Keith Dunn

Contract Legislative Advocate

Keith Dunn is ACEC California's lobbyist with legislative experience in Sacramento and Washington DC, working to implement the association's legislative program.  Keith also advocates for industry positions at the state Capitol and with regulatory agencies.  In addition to working for ACEC California, Keith is also the Executive Director of the Self Help Counties Coalition, providing an excellent link between the common interests of ACEC members and local government transportation leaders.  He is the staff liaison to the Water Resources, DGS, Caltrans Liaison and Corps of Engineers Liaison committees. Gene Erbin

Gene Erbin is a partner with Nielsen, Merksamer, Parrinello, Mueller & Naylor, LLP and the primary legislative advocate for ACEC California's Infrastructure Delivery Council. He specializes in the legislative process and governmental affairs. Gene's expertise includes environmental compliance and civil law.
