Golden Chapter Awards The Golden Chapter Award honors an ACEC California Small and Large Chapter that made the most positive impact on the general membership of ACEC California, the profession and their communities over the course of the year and that has gone above and beyond the call of duty in their membership participation, grassroots efforts, public awareness programs and methods of enhancing the industry. The Golden Chapter Award applications are now available! Please click on the following link that pertains to your chapter: Application for Small Chapters (31 or less members)Application for Large Chapters (31 or more members) Timeline (Tentative) August 5, 2010 – Discussion regarding Golden Chapter Award Program during the Chapter President Workshop at the August 2010 Board of Directors meeting. October 8, 2010 – Golden Chapter Award applications due at ACEC California Office. October 15, 2010 – Copies of applications submitted to Judges for grading. November 5, 2010 – O&P Committee holds judging for Golden Chapter Award. November 8, 2010 – Letter sent from ACEC California President indicating winning/non-winning Chapters. February 1, 2011 – 2009 - 2010 Golden Chapter Award presented at the 2011 Board of Directors meeting on February 1, 2011 in Sacramento, CA. March, 2011 – 2009 - 2010 Golden Chapter Award Honored in ACEC California Magazine. Please click here to view past winners.
